While you maintain the right to the images purchased, those rights cannot be transferred to any third-party entity including builders, designers or the stager of the property that was photographed. You are also not allowed to give away, sell or resell the images to any other third party.
Sunshine Lens Realty Media will never give away or sell photos without the permission of the client who bought them.
Your images and tours are good for one year from the date your links and deliverables are received. You will have the option to renew them if you like.
Renewal costs after your initial 12-month period are as follows:
Yes, you will receive two links with your photography order. One will be larger sized HD Photos and the second will be resized photos ready for placement on all Social Media Platforms as well as MLS, RedFin etc.
When you receive your links and deliverables, you will receive a link to your delivery site. There you will have a link at the top of the page where you can pay for your photos and services.
Below the link for payment will be an invoice link, you can view and print your invoice right from your delivery site for your records.
We accept payment through PayPal, and you can pay with any major credit card or with your PayPal account. We do not accept cash or checks.
Prior to any photo session, we will request from the client any special areas, property highlights or scenes that they would like to make sure are included in the photo session. If for some reason the photographer does not fulfill these requests, we will schedule a reshoot to get the content needed.
If the customer would like to order a reshoot because of wet exterior conditions or items like the windows were not cleaned or are wet and the moisture shows and dominates the view of the image, there will be a charge to come back out and reshoot the necessary areas. The charge will be based on what needs to be photographed to fulfill the order successfully.
As covered in our weather policy section, we do not recommend a photo shoot occurring during or right after rain has fallen. Wet exteriors and wet windows are not a good way to highlight your properties best features.
If the sky is overcast, there will not be a need to reshoot if the customer has purchased our add-on package that includes professional photo editing as we guarantee a blue sky with every professional photo editing order.
We will shoot your property whether it is cloudy, or the skies are clear. We offer a blue-sky guarantee with our professional photo editing service which is included in our Digital Media Package add-on.
We will monitor the weather as your shoot date approaches and we will contact you if we feel we need to change the date of the photography session due to inclement weather 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
If we advise that a change in dates is recommended but the client still wants to shoot on the scheduled day, there will be a $100 charge to reschedule the shoot if the weather does not allow us to complete the photography session as originally scheduled.
If the client agrees that a reschedule is needed upon our recommendation, there will be no charge to reschedule your shoot.
When you schedule a photography shoot with Sunshine Lens Realty Media, you are reserving an available time slot and that slot is your guarantee that we will be on-site at the scheduled day and time to complete your photography session. If you cancel or reschedule on the same day as your scheduled appointment, we will have incurred a financial loss.
Our cancellation policies are outlined in our Policies and Terms of Service, and we know that clients do not like having to pay for cancellation fees if they can be avoided.
We ask if you are going to cancel to please notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled photography session. This will allow us the opportunity to fill that time slot with another photography session.

When placing your order through our secure client portal, once all the property information has been completed and you have chosen what services you are looking to book, we will contact you to schedule your property shoot. We will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule and get your property shoot completed as quickly as possible.
All communications will be handled through our ordering system, and you will receive notice when a message has been left for you by the photographer. You will also be notified when your shoot has been completed and post shoot processing has begun.
Daytime shoots are typically scheduled for a 10:00AM arrival time. The length of time on site depends on the size of the property and the services ordered. For a standard ground still package, it will normally take 60-90 minutes to complete.
Twilight shoots will be done the same day as a daytime shoot, but we will adjust our arrival time to give us enough time to complete the other services ordered and then go outside to complete the twilight photography. Hours will vary depending on Daylight Savings Time.
Yes, they are. We will do everything we can to accommodate your requested appointment time. If A specific appointment time is not available on the first opening on the schedule, we will work with you to get it scheduled on. the next possible day.
Yes, we will send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
While the photographer will do all they can to make sure the property is highlighted as best as possible, they are not stagers. It will be the customers responsibility to make sure the property is ready to be photographed.
All areas must be staged and photo ready before our arrival. This will assure a smooth and seamless process for the photographer.
We will send out our Prep Your Property for A Photo Shoot document to all our clients prior to our arrival. We ask that you follow up with your clients to make sure the items on the document have been completed.
We deliver your links and deliverables within 24 hours from the completion of the shoot. If the property is photographed on a Friday, you will receive your links and deliverables on Saturday. The only delay may be for certain services such as floorplans, aerial videos and Matterport services which may take up to 48 hours to receive.
Depending on the time of the property shoot, we can deliver photography on the same day usually by 8:00PM. There will be a $60 charge for expedited photo delivery.
We cannot offer expedited delivery on such services such as floorplans, Matterport Scans or Twilight Photography.
Yes, we do charge for mileage. A trip charge of more than 30 miles from Palm Bay, Florida will be added to your invoice. All charges are based on actual miles and are not zip code based.
